The due date for Letter of Intent (LOI) is July 23, 2007 and the due date for full proposals is September 24, 2007.
At least four of these packages, Arctic Research Program (ARP; In FY2008, the ARP is soliciting proposals in the area of participation in the Russian-
American Long-term Census of the Arctic (RUSALCA) Program; Bene!!!), Climate Change Data and Detection (CCDD),
Global Carbon Cycle (GCC), and Paleoclimatology (part of CCDD) are relevent for NEESPI and some (e.g., Paleoclimatology) represent
unique opportunities to infill gaps in the NEESP Initiative studies.
